MISSION: POSSIBLE – A New Way to Support our Cancer Survivors in the CNMI

The Commonwealth Cancer Association (CCA) is excited to announce the launch of MISSION: POSSIBLE, a brand-new, community-driven fundraising campaign designed to support cancer patients and survivors right here in the CNMI. As we temporarily pause the traditional Marianas March Against Cancer (MMAC) due to economic challenges, MISSION: POSSIBLE offers a more flexible, cost-effective, and empowering way for our community to come together and continue the fight against cancer.
This six-month campaign, running from May 1 to October 31, 2025, invites individuals, families, schools, nonprofits, government agencies, and businesses—big or small—to form fundraising teams and raise money through creative events and outreach. Whether it's a car wash, bake sale, raffle, auction, fitness challenge, or an online donation drive, every effort makes a real difference. Teams will set their own fundraising goals based on their category, with the overall community goal of raising $100,000 to fund CCA’s Client Services and cancer prevention programs.
Funds raised will directly support local cancer survivors by helping cover medically necessary items such as nutritional supplements, oxygen tanks, wheelchairs, and more. It will also allow us to continue providing free outreach, education, and early detection resources across the islands. All donations are tax-deductible, and every participating team will be recognized for their dedication and impact.
MISSION: POSSIBLE is more than a fundraiser—it’s a movement of compassion, resilience, and community pride. It’s a chance to honor survivors, support families, and remember those we’ve lost, all while giving back in a meaningful and empowering way.
Ready to accept the mission? Registration is now open, and fundraising packets are available from the CCA Office in Puerto Rico, Saipan.
